How Can I Help supportive networking events

A new-school idea: Let's network to see how we can support one another. Instead of practicing your pitch, you’re hearing what others need, and figuring out what you can do to help—through your own services, connections, resources, tools, ideas.

About the event

A new-school idea: Let's network to see how we can support one another.

Instead of practicing your pitch, you’re hearing what others need, and figuring out what you can do to help—through your own services, connections, resources, tools, ideas.

Of course this means you also get an opportunity to ask for support.

Struggling with sales? (hi, it's me)

Wrestling with admin? (over here!)

Marketing makes your brain freeze up? (I can help!)

Let us know, and maybe someone can extend a hand and pull you out of that ugh.

See you on the first Wednesday of every month,

online via Zoom,

from 1–2:30 pm Eastern.

Nota bene: I am carefully curating this group, so I need to know everyone who joins us. It's rare that I make anything exclusive, so please understand how important this is to me. Of course I want the group to grow with wonderful folks, so if you know someone who you think would fit right in—after you've experienced at least one HCIH—please let me know, and I'll do my research, and ask for an intro. Thank you so much.

I'll share a Google sheet with attendees after the event, so we can still do that old-school networking thing, too.

The land on which I operate (Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada) is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe, Neutral Peoples, and other Indigenous Peoples from all over Turtle Island. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum agreement. I offer my sincere gratitude and respect to the original and continued stewards of this land.

I also acknowledge Indigenous, Black, people of colour, women, non-binary folks, and 2SLGBTQQAI+ people who have all been marginalized for centuries, and our collective responsibility to take action toward a world free from oppression, discrimination and racism.

ImpNet intends to keep trying to do better, and inspiring others to try too.

Taking one step away from being this kind of org, I donate 5% of all ImpNet income to payyourrent.ca, the Nii’kinaaganaa Foundation: Collecting rent and redistributing it to Indigenous People.
