Lauren has a remarkable ability to listen deeply, hold space, and make you feel safe so you can find your way to the right words to describe your business. I knew the goal of her Brand Filter exercise was to identify three words I could use as a filter for my messaging and offers, but the experience delivered so much more. The Brand Filter exercise was invaluable, and Lauren made it a ton of fun too!
